On PC, MalumMenu already has this, and it would be a great addition here too. Right now, if you leave a game early you get a temporary penalty and have to wait before you can join another lobby. With Avoid Penalties, that wait is removed, so you can leave and requeue much faster. It would make the mobile version feel more complete and closer to the PC experience. Hope you consider adding it!
