Package Billy using Omnibus

Check out https://github.com/balanced/omnibus-balanced/blob/master/config/software/rump.rb and https://github.com/balanced/omnibus-balanced/blob/master/config/projects/rump.rb as examples of packaging a Python application.

To test building the package you can clone the https://github.com/balanced-cookbooks/balanced-omnibus repository and run vagrant up billy. This should create a .deb package we can use for deployment.

Just added billy project here.

Tried to generate a .deb find, installed it, and I think it works. The .dep file installs Billy into /opt/billy/embedded/

So, what to do next? Is this Omnibus packing a new approach for deployment? Should I modify https://github.com/balanced-cookbooks/balanced-billy to install this .dep file instead of cloning from github?

Hold tight on the cookbook changes for now :-) We are using rump as a prototype to figure out how to setup the build and acceptance pipelines so we'll get there soon!
