[v1.0] Publish a dependency and platform compatibility dashboard #247

Description

@codeforester

Goal

Make support status visible to adopters before they integrate the framework.

Scope

  • Publish tested Python, Click, Typer, optional dependency, operating-system, and shell-environment combinations.
  • Show current, minimum, and end-of-support versions.
  • Generate the dashboard from CI evidence rather than maintaining a second manual matrix.
  • Link failures to the responsible workflow and document support-policy changes.

Acceptance criteria

  • The published dashboard reflects the latest completed CI runs.
  • Unsupported combinations are clearly distinguished from untested combinations.
  • Release notes link to compatibility changes.
  • The dashboard is accessible from PyPI and the README.

Project fields

  • Status: Backlog
  • Priority: P2
  • Area: CI
