As I spotted on https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-cask/blob/e8064c82ef0ad0340494d3ec29027093294f667f/Casks/h/hackintool.rb.
The hackintool cask will be disabled on 2026-09-01 due to fails_gatekeeper_check.
I also see that this app is signed, so I am not sure why brew cask still disables this cask. Please take a look.
