Example not working on Windows

The example does not seems to work on Windows systems.
lein demo will break, because scripts/dev-server.sh.

I'm sorry. It would be impractical for me to maintain Linux/Windows versions. You are on your own here. The script is pretty simple. You can probably replace it with some ad-hoc commands on windows command-line.

PRs are welcome, if you feel like it.
