How to enable Comments on the blog?

I am trying to find instructions to be able to enable comments on the blog.

With Angular every theme is pretty much compiled application in its own rights, so to add comments one would need to modify theme of choice to include Disqus comments similar as it is done in MVC version described here and then build and deploy this theme to the site overriding old theme.

Update: actually, if you look at Philosophy theme, it has Disqus module implemented with comments working. Still would need to update to point to your site and rebuild though.

I could not build the Philosophy theme for prod. So, trying to customise based on the Simple theme. I set up the Disqus account, but it is still not complete, or I am not seeing this.
