Bootc projects strongly relies on devcontainers and we should verify and document how to start bink in a devcontainer.

After, we should re-enable the sync of the devcontainer setup from the infra repository. See bootc-dev/infra#222

Well, not really yet, I'm just saying they're useful to compile and develop.

Note a key aspect of the devcontainer setup for the org is that we setup kvm and nested containerization, and bcvk does work. I think if bcvk works, then bink should work too.
