morphologist command is not working with Capsul v3

morphologist uses traits, pipeline_workflow and StudyConfig that are not in Capsul v3.

You need to switch to branch "capsul3" for the projects anatomist-gpl, morpho-deepsulci, morphologist-gpl, morphologist-ui (in addition to thoses needed for capsul3 itself).

I switched to these branches but it still uses capsul.execution_context.CapsulWorkflow that does no exist anymore.
