Proposal: Introduction of Japanese localization (i18n) for v2 docs

Hi there! I'm a developer from the Japanese Minecraft add-on community.
bridge. v2 is an amazing tool, but many Japanese creators find the English documentation a bit challenging.

Since the docs are built with VitePress, I noticed that it's quite easy to implement multi-language support. I’d love to contribute by:

1. Setting up the locales configuration in .vitepress/config.ts.
2. Translating core pages (like Extension API) into Japanese.

Are you open to adding a Japanese translation? If so, I'm happy to prepare a Pull Request!
