Context
CodeAgora v0.1.0 is published on npm latest and GitHub Release stable, but post-stable live evidence should be kept separate from the publish gate and refreshed with real user paths.
Acceptance criteria
- Packed or npm-installed CLI smoke covers
agora --version, clean diff, staged diff, patch file, invalid config, missing key, provider failure, and timeout.
- MCP smoke uses the MCP SDK client path for tool listing, dry-run or quick review, invalid input, and inaccessible repo path.
- GitHub Action smoke records same-repo PR success plus fork, missing secrets, stale head, oversized diff, provider failure, and comment-posting failure behavior.
- Evidence links include SHA, date, exact commands, artifact/log URLs, and PASS/BLOCKER/NEEDS-REPRO status only.
