Changes to the devnet package to follow the evolution of the rollups-prt-contracts releases.

PS: Sync the version with the one that will be used by the next rollups-node.

📈 Subtasks

• Update devnet package build script to be able to retrieve the contract(cartesi-dave-app-factory) address for each supported chain [arbitrum, arbitrumSepolia, base, baseSepolia, mainnet, optimism, optimismSepolia, sepolia].
• Verify whether everything is working as expected. i.e. Deployment information for testnet is extracted.

@guidanoli, as we discussed yesterday about getting the factory information, I updated the issue now, as the release of this package to Cannon is not happening. So the work here is about how to get the same information to produce the expected output in the devnet package.

I updated the subtasks, adding all supported chains. But today, if only testnets are available in the distribution channel (i.e. cannon) we only log an error, but the process continues.
