Do fewer things better
Articulate your personal priorities and repeat them. Use them as justification for why you can't commit to a follow-up in a meeting.
Ask others to help you reprioritize: "do you think this is more important than X that I also have on my plate"
"how much does it cost, and what are you comfortable trading off at equal cost"
"how much are you willing to spend"
