Changing Qemu GA version which is installed with install_qemu_ga

While looking through PR #332 I can't seem to find any indication as to why the specific version of Qemu GA is used. Wouldn't it be better to use the latest version, i.e.:

for x86: https://fedorapeople.org/groups/virt/virtio-win/direct-downloads/latest-qemu-ga/qemu-ga-i386.msi
for x64: https://fedorapeople.org/groups/virt/virtio-win/direct-downloads/latest-qemu-ga/qemu-ga-x86-64.msi
