Transformer Request: Babel

MVP:

• Parse/transform with babel
• Allow setting up parsing options to TS, flow, JSX, etc. can be parsed
• Allow using any of the pre-chosen plugins and configure them:
  • @babel/plugin-transform-react-jsx
  • @babel/plugin-transform-typescript
  • @babel/plugin-transform-flow-strip-types
• When you use a plugin it should be lazily loaded
• The pre-chosen plugins should be loaded as minified, pre-built files. These files should be stored in the repo because most of the time it does not make sense to re-build them.

Eventually:

• Load any babel plugin from npm, build them in the browser and cache in SW?
• Write custom babel plugins within code-transform-sandbox (like ASTExplorer)?
