Make default tag "uncategorized"

If no tags are submitted then we want to apply "uncategorized" to the post.

Actually, I think this is a tough cookie to crack. Ideally, we want to implement a Null Object Pattern, here. If you fall back to an actual tag that just has content 'Uncategorized', then it allows the possibility of a situation where a post can be tagged both 'Uncategorized' and 'Ruby on Rails', etc.

I have yet to implement a good design of a Null Object Pattern that I'm happy with, so I'd really like to see the canonical way to do this!
