Subject: [PATCH] fix(readme): point stars badge at repo page not /stargazers

GitHub returns 404 on /stargazers for logged-out visitors (July 2026 restriction). The landing-page pill was already fixed; this fixes the remaining README badge link. Closes lazycodex#122.
