ctrl-a is a painful leader key

I get it's the screen default

but ctrl-a is also the Emacs "start of line" key

and many shells and every MacOS text box allows for Emacs editing keys, and (for me at least) ctrl-a is very common

what do you think of changing it, or making it configurable ?

I think that'd be great. Would Ctrl still work? There's a PR up, but I didn't like the current way because allowing Ctrl to be configurable seems messy.

I think the a certainly could be though.

I think following Screen and Tmux's approaches would be a good idea, both allow the user to set the leader to whatever combination the user wants.
