Identical templates end up having the same path

I could not understand why I had a "missing template" when deploying an application using commis. It turns out that the missing template has the exact same content as another template. As soon as I made it different, the problem was fixed.

I have not tested other kinds of files (libraries, recipes...), so I don't know if they have the same bug. If I have time I'll try to fix this and send a pull request, but in the mean time, if you have the same problem, just make the files different.
