`Hash` type used by `OrderIntent.uid()` displays as base58

For CoW orders, we typically use base16, so it would be best to wrap this type and set the dsiplay bindings tso they are proper by default. this was originally surfaced in the CLI, where a manual conversion is currently necessary #26 (comment)
