Update disk space requirements in installation documentation

Context

A new disk space preflight check has been added in PR crc-org/crc#5153 that validates sufficient free disk space before downloading/extracting the CRC bundle.

Required Changes

The installation documentation at https://github.com/crc-org/docs/blob/main/modules/ROOT/pages/installing.adoc needs to be updated to reflect the new disk space requirements:

• Minimum 35 GiB free disk space at ~/.crc/cache/ is now enforced
• This accounts for the compressed bundle (~12 GiB), extracted disk image (~31 GiB), and headroom
