Develop standard convention-based mappings which match my conventions

This should be placed in a new library/project within this solution. It should be a pre-created convention mapping files. These may be applied to any project in order to auto-map everything.

The Agiil project has some mappings which are done by convention, which would make a good starting point for the standard convention mappings.

I would like to ensure that - when an association is polymorphic (that is, a one-to-many, or many-to-one, or perhaps even a one-to-one could be one of a number of implementations in a class hierarchy), that the mapping is marked as lazy = no proxy.
