Chest luck boosters

This is probably going to be hard to implement, but a system where you can buy certain boosts that up your chance of getting good items from chests, and increases the amount of items you get. This could be added in the boosts section of the store or in a new section.

basically on how the current boost system works, we can just add some multiplier argument
