Summary

Housekeeping sweep following the 2026-08-17 analysis session.

Findings

1. Two open PRs ready to merge (all checks green):

2. Stale remote branches from already-merged PRs remain on origin (e.g. feat/markdown-gfm, feat/plan124-*, feat/plan127-*, feat/skill-monitor-refactor, perf/editor-lazy-load-*, etc.). Local git branch --merged main shows only main — the merged branches were never pruned.
3. Dependabot alert hygiene is green: 30 alerts total, all fixed (26) or auto_dismissed (4), 0 open. The Plan 127 nightly alert check ran successfully at 2026-08-17 04:56 UTC.

• Review + merge PRs docs(plan127): record DEPENDABOT_TOKEN setup and verified dispatch run #697 and feat(turso-db): sync with latest Turso docs (v0.7.2) #698 (squash, delete branch)
• Prune merged remote branches (gh pr list --state merged + git push origin --delete)
