[FEAT]: Export/Import CLI configuration

While moving from one device to another, you need to setup the CLI all over again.

Add commands to export and import (during setup) CLI configuration to migrate from one device to another.

This is in part added in the upcoming v3.3.0 (through the config command). There still is scope for a config export <path to file to export to> and config import <path to exported file> command though, it might be added in the next release.
