Missing Health query on client

Hello

Im missing the health endpoint on the c# client. On both SeqConnection as well as SeqApiClient. And would prefer not having to use basic HttpClientFactory myself as well as the SeqConnection for typed things.

Would it be possible to add this in a future version?

Currently, you can:

var response = await connection.Client.HttpClient.GetAsync("health");
var isHealthy = response.IsSuccessStatusCode;
...

Yes thats what I did, but it makes testing and mocking dependencies even more complictaed and we now use the IHttpClientFactory now without using the Api Client in this place. But good to know that this might get picket up and we may can switch then.
