We are working on gene expression data of Pseudomonas putida KT2440 and wwe are focusing on a specific pathway called "01230 biosynthesis of amino acids."
We uploaded the gene expression data to the web server and we selected 01230 pathway, but the tool did not render graph for this pathway and did not produce any errors or logs. However, when we selected other pathways that does not exist in P. putida, tool fails with an error message.
Can you help us on this issue?
