not supported in windows?

In Windows 11:

uv tool install streamdown

installed it without errors and created the executables:

Installed 2 executables: sd.exe, streamdown.exe

However, when using it with a cli command

some_command | sd

i get

OSError: [Errno 22] Invalid argument

OSError: [Errno 22] Invalid argument

right, probably not supported ... i'll need to get a windows 11 machine up and running and i'll work on the support.

So I'm pulling up a VM today to see what's going on here. I don't quite know what the modern Windows workflow looks like for this.

Can you tell me how you attempted to do the install and then I can replicate it and make sure it works?

so i'm going through this now ... the answer is "no". There's a lot of work between now and getting that working
