Issues rendering codeblocks with some Pygments styles

Hello and thank you for your work!

I've noticed an issue with codeblock rendering when using non-native Pygments syntaxes.

Here is my config (streamdown version 0.33.0):

Here is the command I'm running:

llm -f $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/llm/fragments/markdown-output.md "How do I update images when using nix's oci-containers? show me how to do this imperatively and with nix" | sd -c ~/Library/Application\ Support/streamdown/config.nongruv.toml

When I change it to anything but 'native' and 'solarized-light' syntaxes, the following issues show up:

• Codeblocks are rendered empty
• Codeblocks are missing some content (usually at the start of the block)
• Codeblocks are not a fixed width

I encountered this with gruvbox-light, perldoc, friendly and a number of others. All I changed in the config was the Syntax setting

+1 on this issue, experiencing the same behavior on 0.36.6.

Got some more context on the issue with Claude if that can help:

The common factor across the broken themes: they leave the base token (Token.Text / Name) uncolored, so pygments emits that text with no ANSI escape. native and solarized-light color every token, which is why those two work. Everything that falls back to the terminal default for plain text breaks: default, friendly, gruvbox-light, perldoc, tango, xcode, and others.

Minimal repro:

printf '```\nfoo\n```\n' | sd -c /dev/null -cs 'Style.Syntax=default'

Expected: a code box containing foo
Actual: an empty box, because the single uncolored token is dropped.

Swap default for native and foo renders.
The light themes that color every token render fine: solarized-light, paraiso-light, stata-light, rainbow_dash.
With more characters only the leading uncolored run goes (foo bar renders as bar), and at narrow widths the surviving remainder wraps to column 0.

Also related but let me know if you'd rather a separate issue for it, but it would be nice to be able to supply a custom palette for the code block rendering.

Some options like:

• a path to a custom pygments Style (module or file), or
• an inline token-type → hex map in the [style] section.

Pygments already supports custom Style subclasses, so this is largely a config surface for pointing at one.
