[BUG] Scape and run parasites mobs not spawning with its own spawning system

Description of the problem
Hello scape and run parasites don't spawn with its own evolution system and any configured evolution stages instantly decrease.

is this still an issue in later versions? (AR.2.2.3+) and later Scape and run?
