Adds a rule at the top of the Contributing section of CLAUDE.md. Work here often starts from a support ticket or incident in a private repo. This repo is public, so PR text, commit messages, code comments, test names and issues should describe a fault in general terms. The rule lists what to leave out: customer names and ids, ticket refs, private issue numbers, internal hostnames and project refs, and details about our own security changes. It also notes that editing a PR body or adding a later commit doesn't remove what was already pushed.

Docs only. No version bump.

Code review

No issues found. This PR changes docs only: it adds one guidance bullet to CLAUDE.md and touches no code, so there is nothing to check for bugs. The bullet doesn't conflict with any existing CLAUDE.md rules, and the docs: title is a valid Conventional Commit that bumps no version.
