Package not updated on pip

The latest officially published version is 1.7: https://pypi.org/project/python-digest/

And it still uses urlparse which doesn't exist anymore.

Thankfully, a package named python3_digest was published in 2012, and it removes the use for this deprecated package.

But as I can see, you are still making commits in this repo. So what should we do? Install on pip with the GitHub link?
