BuildReleaseArm64XFormsDotNet.CoreCLR.apkdesc does not match the exact-head output: it records PackageSize=18,730,573, while CI produced 18,493,005, and its libassembly-store.so value is also off by 2,272 bytes. The inflated package baseline permits roughly 245 KB of growth beyond the intended 3% budget before failing. Please regenerate the complete descriptor from this exact head and rerun BuildReleaseArm64(True,CoreCLR,False).
