Alpine critical CVE fix not available

Describe the bug

Alpine released new docker images for 3.23 with CVE fixes over a day ago. Also a critical CVE was fixed. Your documentation says images are rebuild within 12 hours after base image is changed.

Which .NET image(s) are you using?

Hi @DMI-MSK, the updated images are building now. Apologies for the delay - we are in the middle of migrating to a new system for tracking base image versions this week and it looks like these got missed. I will update this issue again when the new images are published.

The images finished building late yesterday evening (Pacific time). A trivy scan of mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet/aspnet:10.0-alpine-extra comes back clean this morning.
