Consider making `SpinReveralTransformComposite` respect `initial_state` arguments

Right now the SRT composite will ignore initial_state arguments, which means that the initial states are not correspondingly transformed.

We could sniff out that specific argument name, and then do the relevant transformation. But that is a bit of a hack.
