this feature is part of the banana pudding epic but should not be blocked by anything important. this feature has specific requirements:

  • we need to use phase-aligned bananas in each pudding batch to minimize subtractive banana flavor interference
  • nilla wafer cepstral coefficients should always correlate with banana ripeness unless the bananas have been frozen, in which case we can assume a quefrency of 1
  • if zero-latency feature extraction is not possible, use multiples of a banana bunch for buffer sizes so we don't have to pull apart any bunches when loading them onto the buffer pallets
  • we should be able to make our own sugar with samplerate multiplicative synthesis
  • when convolving bananas with pudding, always use the unnatural logarithm of the inverse fiveier transform of the waveform of the mason jar when struck by the mixing spoon
  • never normalize the pudding before adding bananas. always normalize after.
  • for multichannel bananas, we should upmix the pudding to 10th-order ambisonics for a more immersive dessert experience
    • calculate spherical bananarmonics (no need to account for friction) for each channel
    • design and implement a framework and mobile app for stereogustatory playback using custom head-foot-and-mouth-related transfer functions
    • implement CI/CD pipeline for planning a pudding release party where people can taste the spatialized pudding sensation
