Allow user to select project "styles" that are used to filter templates, etc.

Allow the user to select one or more project "styles" to work with.  This will limit the templates that are shown when creating a new project as well as the project types displayed when binding (adding) an existing project.  The "styles" selected in the wizard (create or bind) will be saved and used as defaults when one of the wizards is shown again.
