Creating a fork (.net 9, new property types, display one-to-may, bug fixes)

Thank you to the author for this amazing project!

Unfortunately, it hasn't been updated for a while so I've created a personal fork.

Posting it here in case it'll be of use to someone.

dotnet add package AlexIII.CoreAdmin

Fork changelog (at the time of posting this)

• Add .NET 9 support
• Auto-initialize Key GUID fields in Entity Create form to a new GUID value
• Add JsonDocument column type support
• Add collection type support in list view
• Add support for nullable Enums (Editor)
• Do not display properties that do not have a setter in the Editor
• Render checkboxes as disabled in list view
