Summary

Exit changesets pre mode and cut stable versions from the current betas. There is no intermediate rc tag.

• effect-app, @effect-app/infra, @effect-app/vue, @effect-app/vue-components: 4.0.0-beta.333 → 4.0.0
• @effect-app/cli: 2.1.0-beta.45 → 2.1.0
• @effect-app/eslint-shared-config: 0.6.0-beta.36 → 0.6.0
• @effect-app/eslint-codegen-model: 2.0.0-beta.27 → 2.0.0
• @effect-app/e2e (private): 4.0.0-beta.333 → 4.0.0

.changeset/pre.json is removed and the accumulated beta changesets are consumed into the stable changelog sections. None of these stable versions exist on npm yet.

Publish

Merging this pull request publishes those packages to the npm latest dist-tag. The commit message is chore: update versions, so the snapshot publish is skipped and Changesets takes the publish path (no changesets left, not in pre mode).

The root devDependency @effect-app/cli stays pinned at the published 2.1.0-beta.35 tarball. It does not match the workspace package, which changesets already warned about before this cut.

Test plan

• Confirm the version table above is the intended stable cut
• Merge only when a latest publish of these versions is wanted
