Buttons have no padding in Eclipse IDE

What Happened?

Buttons are all squeezed together:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download the Eclipse installer from eclipseide.org.
2. During installation, I chose to install only the base IDE (Eclipse Platform).

Expected Behavior

This is what it looks like on GNOME:
