Introducing Lua 5.5

Lua 5.5 has been released on 2025.12.15 and brings some new features (also breaking changes), and now packages are starting to require the newest version of Lua. To introduce Lua 5.5,

• Package Lua 5.5 [lua55] 5.5.0-1: init package #7694
• Package Luarocks for Lua 5.5 [luarocks] 3.13.0-2: Build for Lua 5.5 #8054
  • Upgrading Luarocks to 3.13.0 to support Lua 5.5 [luarocks51] 3.13.0-1: new upstream version #8053
• Package available Lua modules for Lua 5.5
