In the instructions it tells us to hover over the network icon to get the IP address, but because it is DHCP by default it will eventually change. I suggest you provide instructions on setting a static IP, which Jessie makes very easy.
Simply right click the network settings icon, and left click "WiFi Networks (dhcpcdui) Settings", this opens the "Network Preferences" menu. The first line selects the connection to configure, either by selecting the interface or SSID; select the interface, then specify eth0, uncheck the box that "automatically configures empty options" and enter in the desired network address information.
