Folder mess in /run/user/1000/doc/by-app/com.github.Flacon ?

Hi,

Whereas I've uninstalled com.github.Flacon long ago and run flatpak uninstall --unused I still see a /run/user/1000/doc/by-app/com.github.Flacon folder.
Nautilus says that that folder contains "151 021 éléments, totalisant 29,7 Go" !
Here's what I found :
/run/user/1000/doc/by-app/com.github.Flacon/ contains /b080353c/bob/ (where bob is my user) and indeed I can see my whole home folder inside /run/user/1000/doc/by-app/com.github.Flacon/b080353c/bob/ !

There also is a /run/user/1000/doc/b080353c folder

I wonder if it's a shorcut or a replica of my home folder and how I can delete remaining files from com.github.Flacon
