feat(templates): Sync marketplace templates backed by external git repos

The marketplace sync skips templates whose source is an external git repository: those expose only a repository URL and no inline compose, so they never reach agents.

Checklist

• Fetch the repository for git-backed marketplace entries
• Reuse the existing git source provider for the fetch
• Cover the new path with a test
