Create JSON index with tags

Aim to create a JSON index where you can browse model files by tags and search for them on a static web page. Then we would like to allow people to download clusters of files by tag (don't know if possible with static site), or search for them.

• A python script which autogenerates a JSON index
• A website to allow people to browse models and hopefully download groups of them
