WF-0156 - Real Echo WASM in-tree and the accountable-edit demo

Design cycle for the Echo engine lane, unblocked by WF-0154's root-id determinism slice.

Phases: (A) publish hash-pinned @flyingrobots/echo-warp-wasm from the echo repo (kills the ECHO_WARP_WASM_DIR sibling-checkout requirement); (B) real transport adapter behind the installed-transport seam, promoting the loading/ABI logic from scripts/jedit-echo-witness.mjs (EINT codec in src/transport/eint.ts already mirrors echo_wasm_abi); (C) add 'echoWasm' to the TextRuntimeProfile union (parser is shaped for a second member); (D) differential parity witness — identical scripts through the installed TS transport and the WASM transport must yield identical readings/evidence/obstruction posture; wire into release-gate; cutover gated on parity + Echo clearing missing_retention / durable_replay_unavailable; (E) the demo: agent submits a proposal strand via MCP (extend jedit-echo-witness-mcp-adapter), human inspects via :why/history drawer, :admit, replay witness re-derives identical evidence.

Cross-repo dependency: phases A and (partly) D require echo-repo work; jedit-side design doc lands as docs/design/0156-echo-wasm-in-tree.md (draft).

Dependency correction from the driver's seat: the pacing dependency for this lane is Edict (~/git/edict), not echo-repo packaging. Edict v0.11.0-alpha.1 implements intent authoring + compile/validate + canonical Core/Target IR bytes, but runtime execution, participant admission, canonical full-manifest bytes, and the WASM sandbox are not implemented yet (its README, Current Status).

Consequences for the phases:

• A-C (package, adapter, echoWasm profile): not Edict-blocked — the raw text-kernel byte ABI (rmg_wasm create/replace/textWindow) exists today and is what the sibling-checkout witness already exercises.
• D (parity gate): an interim parity witness can cover the create/replace/read/checkpoint script now; the full gate (scheduler-owned tick, retained evidence, durable replay) widens as Edict runtime milestones land.
• E (demo): the :admit step is literally Edict stage-3 participant admission — blocked until Edict ships it.
