Legend progress in method status

Currently method status only counts backlog items per legend. It
would be useful to also count completed cycles per legend (from retro
dirs) and show a progress ratio — e.g., "KERNEL: 3 done / 19 backlog."

This gives a sense of momentum, not just load.
