Add directive & column option for dynamic datatable header asssignment

A directive called dt-header could be put in the datatable body to set custom html in the table header of a column.
This also requires a new boolean to be added to the option, something like htmlHeader maybe

This would be useful for adding a checkbox in the header as an option to "select all"
