Functions (subroutines) should be covered in part 1

The 'Functions' lesson in part 2 includes an introduction to subroutines. This seems like it belongs in part 1, as an "introduction to programming (in asssembly)" topic.

The other topics covered -- refactoring repetitious code into functions, and introducing/implementing MemCopy -- are fine here.
