Subject: [PATCH] fix(dashboard): restore GitHub links and model on mobile run
 cards

Follow-up to the mobile cards: the card was a <button>, so it couldn't wrap
the entity/repo GitHub anchors and dropped them entirely (mobile users lost
the tap-to-GitHub links the table had). It also only showed the model nested
under the agent, hiding it whenever agent was null.

Card is now a keyboard-operable clickable div (navigates to detail) with the
entity and repo rendered as GitHubLinks again (they stop propagation), and the
agent/model line shows whichever of the two is present.
