Recursive folder encryption
Right now, when I encrypt a folder (e.g. Journal), notes directly inside it are encrypted, but subfolders (Journal/2026/09) are not. New notes created in nested folders stay unencrypted, which is easy to miss.
It would be great if encrypting a folder also applied to all nested subfolders and every note created inside them.
Encrypted folder names (optional)
Folder names inside an encrypted folder are stored as plain text on disk and in iCloud Drive, so the folder structure can reveal private information even when the notes are encrypted. An option to store encrypted folders under UUID names (like the existing UUID naming for notes) would close this gap.
